Anthropologie light blue vest mini dress, size XS. In perfect condition, worn once. Has pockets, waist tie and collar. Material is not stretchy but it is nice a lose for an XS, could fit an S too. Measurements are approximately: Waist - 13.5” Pit to pit: 16” Length: 32”
