@minkpinkkr hello measurement laying flat just under bust is approx 15”. It comes with straps as well. Not alot of stretch. 54% cotton, 28% polyamide, 18% viscose. Lining is 100% viscose

@minkpinkkr hi it is smocked at the back with side zipper extra room if needed for bust. Comes with straps and has stay in place taping for atop the bust length is approx 25”from middle front to bottom. The dress is new with tags. Outer lace layer is ivory(off white) lining of dress is antique yellowish light colour
