This is a stunning skirt for any occasion. I'm absolutely loathe to sell it but I lost weight and it just doesn't fit me at all anymore. It should sit on your natural waist and there's no give to the waist. Flat across it measures 14.5. Let my loss (no pun intended) be your gain.
