Antique 14K Three Graces Cameo Brooch

This antique cameo brooch is made of 14K gold and has an early style of locking pin closure that dates this piece to around 1900. The brooch features a hand carved cameo of the Three Graces who, according to Wikipedia, were beautiful, kind, and youthful goddesses. The pin is sturdy and extends beyond the clasp, indicating its age. The brooch comes with what appears to be a printed 1988 appraisal by "Korsten Jeweller's" with a picture of the piece attached. It also includes a black velvet hard-shell necklace box, which I don't believe is original as it says 18k in the lid. The brooch has some wear and could certainly use a thorough clean, but nothing that should affect wearability or overall value.
