Antique 1893-1923 Bisque Porcelain Girl Sitting on a Fence Figurine

Downsizing my Mother's figurines collection. Sweet ceramic figure of an old fashioned little girl sitting on a fence, with a cute puppy by her feet. Measures approximately 4.5" high and 3" at base. Marked "Foreign", which means it was produced between 1893 and 1923. Good antique pre-owned condition. Please keep in mind that all pre-loved items may have light scratches due to age.
