Antique 18K Gold Pearl Ring, Hallmarked, sz 6.5

A 19th century 18k yellow gold pearl ring with a central rose cut diamond between 6 split seed pearls. Made in 1863, 161 years old. A couple of the pearls have been replaced, over 100 years ago. Fully hallmarked. Crown for British gold. 18 for karat. Horizontal anchor for assay office in Birmingham. O in cut corner square for 1863. Can be sized but jeweller should take care to not cut hallmarks. Stunning piece of history! Who bought it? Who has worn it?
