Antique 1920s Hematite and Marcasite Sterling Ring

This is a beautiful 1920s hematite cocktail ring in sterling silver, with a halo of sparkling marcasites. The Crab hallmark inside the band indicates this piece is of French origin. The hematite is massive and rose cut. A lustrous navy-black enamel outlines the marcasites. Size 5. Some wear commensurate with age.
