Antique 1920s Serving Platter SET J & G Meakin of England

Set of Vintage J & G Meakin of England Sol 391413 serving platters The large serving platter is 14 inches long. The smaller serving platter is 11 inches long. Both plates feature an iconic Sol Amiens pattern known well by collectors. Crafted in Henley, England. The goldleaf trim is in excellent condition with only very minor wear, considering the age of these 100 year old plates. Light crazing in the glaze is typical of this type of Ironstone. Functional, beautiful, incredibly well made.
