Antique 1940's 4 piece breakfast set featuring 22ktgold lace transfer.

1940's Antique 22kt gold lace trim 4 piece breakfast dining set including cereal bowl, bread, roll, muffin or biscuit plate and cup and saucer. American L'Imoges fine china. Very artful pattern depicting 17th Century scene of a musician courting a lady. These are pieces seen on my grandparents dining table. The condition of the china is vintage used. Most Fine China of the 1940's was more delicate than bone china and should never be washed in the dishwasher or sit soaking because it is more porous than bone china.
