Antique Art Deco Etched Crystal Floral Hat Pin

This antique art deco-era hat pin has a pin made of a silver tone metal and an additional metal accent made of a brass tone metal. The focal point of the pin is the head, which is a piece of clear, faceted crystal with a floral etching on either side. The crystal looks white in these pictures because I photographed it on a white surface, but it is clear. Pics 5 and 6 show the sides and I was trying to capture the bit of colourful refraction visible, but it doesn't translate as well to pictures. When put in the sunlight, the crystal bursts with rainbow sparkles, suggesting it might be leaded crystal, not just crystal. The last pic is my attempt at showing this refraction - this is a few feet from the window with the crystal in direct light. The top of the pin is bent to secure the darker metal plate on the front, but that would have been a design and manufacturing decision. The dark metal piece has 9 empty holes where rhinestones might once have been, but they're all gone now. Despite the visible wear in this piece, it's still fully functional and useable/wearable.
