Antique Ashtray And Magazine Holder Circa 70's

Good condition. Shows a lot of chipped paint from over the years. Amber Glass ashtray has no chips or cracks. It stands approximately 24" tall at its highest, 15" deep, width 8", ashtray and holder are 6". There is one very small indent along the bottom of the part that holds the ashtray. I have circled it as shown. This is a very old piece with shipped paint, but I decided not to refinish it and leave it authentic!
