Antique Canada Plaque, 1927 Embossed Copper Confederation Plaque

1927 Canada Confederation embossed copper plaque with coat of arms. Celebrating 50 years of the great sovereign nation of Canada. These were made to be displayed on schools and other public buildings, but are now rare, as most were melted down for the war effort. This one originally hung framed in a schoolhouse in Nova Scotia (see last photo for example of how it looks framed.) 12 x 18 inches wide by ¾ in deep, approx 1.5 lbs. Lovely patina. Oxidized spots could be polished away. Questions welcome!
