Antique Danish Historical Novel "Niels Brahe" by H F Ewald 1892 Decorative Book

"Niels Brahe; Historisk Roman fra Det Sextende Aarhundrede," is a historical novel based on the dramatic life of Danish counselor, Neils Brahe. It was written by H. F. Ewald and published by Alb. Cammermeyer in 1892. This copy has red cloth covered boards that are highly decorated with embossing, gold and black decorations, and lettering on the cover and spine. Even the back cover has embossed embellishments. The endpapers are highly decorative with an all over gilt pattern. It is in very good condition. There are wear, discoloration and bumped corners on the cover and spine. The pages are very clean save for some yellowing and a name opposite the title page. The binding is solid.
