Antique English Porcelain Covered Sugar Bowl or Biscuit Jar 1895-1900

Beautiful antique English porcelain covered sugar bowl or small biscuit jar, dating to the late Victorian era (circa 1895–1900). Stamped Rd No. 257128 (registered 1895–96), with pattern number 1092 hand-painted in blue above. Features an elegant floral motif with ornate twin handles, a fitted lid, and gold gilt accents. The lid has a small pin vent -original to the firing process. This piece shows it has been loved: some chips and repaired handles including the lid handle (see photos with arrows).
