Antique Fenton Prattware Old Greek Tea Cups And Saucers - Matte Black - Set Of 2

OUTSTANDING - ANTIQUE MAWS FENTON PRATTWARE - England - Tea cup and saucer set of 2 in the OLD GREEK pattern - All items fully stamped with DISCUS THROWER - which dates this china from the late 1800s to early 1900s. The set is matte black with a white & black keystone border around the edge of the saucer and to the interior of the cup. The outer edge of the cups and saucer have gold gilt line trim. Printed and painted with Classical chariot Greek scenes; two on the saucer and on either side of the cup. Excellent condition: no chips, no cracks, some crazing on the inside of the cups and the back of the plates due to age. Measures: Cup 2” Tall x 3-3/8 Diameter, Saucer 5” Diameter
