Antique Framed Black and White Art Sketch-unknown artist

Antique black and white sketch which looks like pencil or charcoal in a classic wooden frame. Three stationary engineers original certificates (listed on my site) were found behind the sketch which you can see the back of the picture was opened. This is over 100 years old and artist unknown. Offers welcome. 15x11” in wood frame.
