Antique Framed Processional Catholic Papal Flag

An old framed Catholic Papal flag that I was told was used in the 1930s for religious processions here in Quebec. It is the flag of the Holy See (the Vatican) and is different in its details to the modern one. It is in yellow and white with the white side having the papal coat of arms, a tiara and a pair of keys. There is some fraying and stains, please see the pictures. The frame is 11 3/4" by 14 1/2".
