Handmade Smocking with Embroidery circa 1930's puffed sleeves Stretch effect is in mint condition which is the most important part Embroidery appears in good order cotton fabric Staining throughout the skirt portion - see photos... I have not tried to clean Zipper Base needs to be resent to attach to the dress hem needs retacking Look closely as this item is nearing 100 years old it is not perfect but in very nice condition considering its material and age
