Antique Glass Jug/ Decanter with English Silver Plated Lid & Figural Spout

An Estate find.... 1930s pressed glass "ewer", was used to serve red wine, or claret. Vintage glass claret pitcher ewer diamond cut design. Very good used condition, although the silver plate could use a cleaning! I have not tried to remove the top piece for fear of breaking this fine piece. If put into use, can be filled from top, see last picture.
