Antique Gold Brooch

This antique pin or brooch is in perfect condition. It is likely from the Victorian era. I tried to get photos from all angles and I think I see a signature on the side of the pin. The pin has been inscribed at either end with a floral design. I see no gold stamp marks on it (eg 14k) but imo they only started stamping gold after 1900. I do see what looks like hallmarks. It measures 2 inches in length. I've added a video to show that the pin is non-magnetic.
