Beautiful floral design accents a subtle machine worked pinstripe. Circa 1940. Wooden brush is set in silver metal. Bristles May be plastic, not sure what material. White metal looks and feels like sterling, however I do not understand the markings. Selling as a beautiful and functional vintage piece.
