Antique Hand Painted Victorian French Opaline Uranium Vase

This vase is Victorian in age, hand-painted, and made of French opaline. Extremely rare. Beautiful hand painted irises with gold guild and a central transfer ware image of woman. Two “issues” with this piece: 1. A flaw in the actual transfer of this piece that would’ve happened in the making of it. Can be seen in the green of the painting. 2. Some sort of gunk? Or paint? On the woman’s left side of her hair. Looks completely removable, like it would flake off with a fingernail, but I’m too scared to try haha! The gold guild on the rim and base of vase is mostly rubbed away, a consequence of old age and handling. Vase is 12 1/2 inches tall and 7 inches at its widest.
