Antique Japanese floral hat pin holder with 2 pins

Hat pins were used for large hats and elaborate hair styles from the 1880s through the 1910s. Both the pins - and the holders used to conveniently store and display them- were highly decorative. This 4-inch porcelain holder features handpainted pink flowers with borders in gold, blue and black and is marked Made in Japan. I am including two glass topped hat pins: one in shimmering brown, almost like stone (3-1/4"), the other pearly white (about 2-1/2"). All items are in excellent antique condition. This is one of four hat pin holders from an estate that I have listed.
