Antique Jewelry Box

I do not have alot of knowledge about this item. It is a beautiful antique jewelry box. I am unsure of the pattern and other details. It is solid and the hinge works beautifully. The velvet interior needs to be cleaned and I don't have the skills to do it properly and am afraid to damage it. Please ask any questions or offer any knowledge. I love to learn about these beautiful pieces as I pass them on to others who collect them.
