GUC For its age, this box is exceptionally clean. The inside shows very little sign of use.The marks on the back, across and above the hinge, appear to be ink from the same era. The surface scratches may be able to be removed with a leather conditioner. Measurements are in the photos. The “Fleur de lis” and trim around the lid and base are gilded.
