Antique Light Blue/Green Bottle with Lid

I'm selling an antique heavy light green/blue glass bottle with the original lid. In my research I've read that this may be an old milk bottle, but I can't say definitively. I've had a his bottle for close to 50 years and it was old when I got it. There are some great bubbles in the glass and it makes a nice decoration. There are no signs of damage on the bottle. However, I can't remove the lid. I'd have to apply a lot of force and I don't want to break it. I suppose you could try grease or oil to try to remove it, but it looks really cool as is.
