Antique Match Holder

This unique match holder looks to have 3 types of metal: brass, copper and tin. The copper band holding the round bottomed brass container is embossed with acorn and oak leaf pattern. The oval tin back is also patterned with concentric circles and another all-over textured pattern. Below the brass container is a match striker strip. The strip and area around it are blackened due to use.
