Antique Nippon Double Handled Sugar Bowl

Ceramic Description Beautiful antique sugar bowl, dated to 1906, from Royal Sometuke, Nippon. Blue and white flower pattern called " Howo ". The Royal Sometuke pieces were made from 1891-1921, with a change in makers' mark in 1906. Howo was introduced in 1906 and bore the new mark. Double-handled with lid. In extremely good antique condition. The pot and lid are in very good condition and are very clean. Approximately 3.5" wide, 3.5" tall 7" across, handle to handle. This lovely piece has been around for at least 114 years. ***** NOTE: some fading over time on lid Flea bite inside lid Inside rim of bowl, light staining 2 flea bites on handle still wonderful condition for it's age. please see ALL photos
