Good Antique Condition. This 100-year-old crock is remarkably well-preserved. There are no cracks, chips. The interior is clean with minimal staining. The "R.R.P. CO. Roseville, O." stamp on the base is clear and deeply impressed. Minor "glaze pops" and surface irregularities are original factory kiln-firing characteristics common to stoneware of this era. Item Description: For your consideration is a beautiful piece of American history: an authentic Robinson Ransbottom Pottery (RRP Co) utility crock, manufactured in Roseville, Ohio, circa 1920s. Dimensions: 5.5 inches (H) x 5 inches (Diameter). Material: Heavy, salt-glazed stoneware. Style: Farmhouse Primitive / Country Kitchen. This size is highly sought after by collectors because it is perfectly suited for use as a kitchen utensil holder, a countertop flower vase, or a shelf display piece. Unlike modern reproductions, this piece features the authentic impressed maker's mark on the bottom and the substantial weight associated with genuine Ohio valley clay.
