💖🐭Antique Robert ‘Mouseman’ Thompson cheeseboard

RARE! This amazing solid piece of carved oak is made by the Robert ‘Mouseman’ Thompson woodworking factory in Kilburn, North Yorkshire, England. Front paws as seen on this piece were crafted between 1920s-1930s. No front paws in the 1930s. Also the mouse is located on the cheeseboard, not on the handle as in later boards. Rising curved handle. 14 1/2” x 7” x 2” including handle In as found condition, only very lightly dusted. The mouse has a ding on the nose, and some knife marks on the board. Other than this, it is in remarkable condition considering age with little use. Smoke free, cat friendly home.
