Antique mid-19th to early 20th century English hunting mug crafted from buff stoneware with a deep brown salt-glazed rim. Detailed sprigged hunting scenes circle the exterior—featuring hounds, deer, trees, and riders—while the handle is cleverly formed as a hound's head and body. Unmarked but could possibly be from Denby or Doulton Lambeth, circa 1850–1900. A hefty, rustic piece ideal for historic decor or the collector of English pottery.

Opening: 4.75" dia (12 cm) × 5" tall (12.7 cm)

Care & Use Instructions:
This mug is over 100 years old and intended for decorative use. While salt-glazed stoneware is durable, antique ceramics may contain lead in the glaze and are not recommended for food or drink use. Clean gently with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Do not soak, microwave, or place in dishwasher.
