Antique Shelley china England Queen Anne Art Deco Cup

incredibly intricate handpainted design from late 1920 - 1930. selling this one for my mom as she is downsizing some of her china... please note 2 small flea lines on the inside of the cup, but they do not let water through and not very noticeable at all. if you have questions, leave a comment!
