Antique Sterling Pill Case

I'm selling a sweet antique Sterling silver pill box / case. I believe the "B" indicated that this piece was from Henry Birks Jewellers. The box has a slightly domed shape with side tabs for ease of opening. It closes very securely. It is in excellent condition and only shows signs of normal use.
