Antique Thomas Turner & Co 3-piece carving set Features carving knife, fork, and sharpening tool Made of stainless steel but I'm unsure if the handles are wood or bone (not antler) Knife blade and sharpening tool are both marked Made in the United Kingdom Knife is 15" long total Fork is 11" long total Sharpener is 13.5" long total Case measures 16.5 x 5 x 1.75" Unsure of the exact date of this set but Thomas Turner & Co. joined other firms to form Sheffield Cutlery Manufacturers Ltd. in 1920 so these would have been made prior to that. In good condition overall. View all pics as they're a part of the item description. Some natural (small) cracks in the handles. Some discoloration to the knife blade - I have not tried any cleaning or polishing and doing so is at the discretion of the buyer. The blade is VERY sharp. The case shows significant wear, fading, and some cosmetic damage, but is still fully functional and the clasps and hinges are secure.
