Antique Victorian Brass Oil Lamp Holder

This piece is heavy! The bottom conceals a solid lead 'plate' It can be hung on a vertical wall or set on a horizontal surface. The smaller ornate piece swivels about the larger main 'holder'. There is a knob which tightens, allowing for movement of oil lamp ( lamp not included).
