Antique Victorian “Delaware Rose” Ruby Art Glass Bowl in Silver Plate Basket

This is an antique and is in very good condition for its age. Missing some of the ruby/cranberry colour on the bowl due to use. Small chip on rim. See last photo. Victorian era circa 1899 EAPG by US Glass Company cranberry/ruby glass oval shaped bowl/basket with gold accent on embossed leaf pattern and trim detail. This bowl sits in a silver plated "basket". The silver plate basket was manufactured by Standard Silver Company Ltd. Toronto Together, these 2 pieces form a Bride's Basket or Wedding Basket to hold gifts or flowers which was a common during this era.
