Antique Victorian English Hip Flask with Brown Leather Sleeve John Milner & Sons

...Sheffield 5 fl. oz. This beautiful antique English flask has a hand blown glass bottle wrapped in leather and topped with a screw-on lid, lined in cork. The bottom of the flask is covered with a metal sleeve that is removable to become a cup. The metal is likely a pewter and is marked on the bottom for John Milner & Sons Sheffield England (dates ca 1895-1910s). This would make the perfect pocket sized grooms gift, a special memento for your favourite graduate, or a nice surprise for Dad. It´s small enough to keep in a ladies purse too! Condition: The silver top with a slight dent, but closes well. The leather sleeve with wear and patina, crackling to the leather, and wear to the chocolate brown surface. The stitching around the shoulders is all intact and there are no losses to the material. The glass bottle looks to be in great shape, quite clean and without chips or breaks. The metal cup with age related wear and staining, overall good. The lid is tested and does not leak. Size: 5 1/4 inches tall (13 cm), takes ca 150 ml (2/3 cups or 5 fluid oz) of liquid
