In excellent antique condition This is a Victorian era circa. 1885-1890 small transfer printed porcelain jardiniere planter. Four lion heads at top of planter. Two green handles. Floral clusters on each side. Unsure of manufacturer as is not quite legible, however I do believe this to be made in Germany.
