Antique Victorian Little Girls Sleeveless Dress Smocking and Bloomers Hanger Estate sale find. The elderly lady who owned them had an entire cedar chest filled with many antique items from her family, she had marked them all. She marked most of the pieces except this one, so from the others I will quess early 1900's. It is 19" long. Gently pre-owned in good antique condition, there might be small marks because of the age.
