Colour: Gold tone -Very good condition considering its age. -Triple strand snake chain with dangling tassels. -Hinged Box Clasp -There is some minor wear to the finish. -This is not dated, however, the hinged box clasp indicates an antiquated piece of costume jewelry. It has been with me for 40 years, and was not new when I received it from a family member. **As was/is common with the box clasp closure design, it often suffers from weakening from being pulled. The clasp on this necklace does function, but can be pulled apart rather easily. For security’s sake, if one is to wear this, the clasp will need to be solidified. A unique and attractive collector’s piece of days gone by.
