Antique Vintage Hand Painted Single Porcelain Shaker with Heavy Moriage

antique porcelian round single shaker gorgeous hand painted florals and very heavy 3 dimensional moriage enameling in pretty pastel pink, turquoise, green, blue and maroon this is probably made in Japan, but it's unmarked I would say this is from the Victorian era, but again, I'm not an expert in good antique condition ~ there is some loss of paint on the central florals as well as some loss of the moriage ~ also stopper is missing ~ please review all of the photos measures approx 2" tall x approx 2" diameter
