This parasol umbrella is not meant for rain but for sun shade, cosplay, suggest indoors decor I inherited it and don't know it's ethnic origin but it is very very old It shows signs of wear/ age (see all photos) but it still functions, opens and closes and is in pretty nice condition for it's age Still should be treated gently as an item made of paper is fragile As is please see photos/ ask questions Photos show several detailed areas of age related wear and damage.
