Antique carved jade pendant with real gold clasp.

Incredible antique Chinese green Jade pendant. Wonderfully carved with eggplant motif. Eggplants symbolize prosperity and success in Chinese culture. Many eggplants = much success. This is a very delicate antique piece originally purchased in Hong Kong in the 1960’s. Capped by a hand engraved gold bird and flower design mounting. Measures 5.5cm x 2.5cm. Weighs 12grams. Pristine condition The gold bail is probably 24 or 18k Chinese gold but I can’t see a stamp.
