Dee an Cee made in Canada doll. One of the first doll that this company made in the late 1930s. The age of the doll is especially recognized by the eyes that are painted and how the arms and legs are attached and how it is made of composite with a rough finish. The doll needs some cleaning and tweaking to the arms and legs. A rare and precious find.
