Antique leather brooch box, vintage jewelry storage box Sydney Latimer Edinburgh

An antique jewelry storage box in a black leather and classic domed shape, the inside fitted for a bar brooch or pin in oatmeal beige velvet. The lid in soft gold tone fabric and the name ' Sydney Latimer, 70 George Street, Edinburgh'. The hallmarks for Sydney Latimer were registered in 1905. In good antique condition with expected wear on the outside. It closes well, but not fully flush (see images). The bottom with some splitting to the front. Size: 2-5/8 x 1-3/8 x 7/8 inches.
