Antique painted porcelain miniature portrait of a lady sterling ring.

Lovely old ring with a lady’s portrait. The band and the base of the ring is stamped sterling made in England. Also possibly artist signed or named on the porcelain but it’s so small I can’t make it out. Some flash and overhearing lighting shows up as white, some small surface scratches noticeable only under jewelry loop. . Generally in amazing condition. Adjustable. Could use a polish to shine bright. Probably Victorian era. Please see photos for the best description thank you
