Antique silver Italy hand carved high relief Volcanic lava cameo lovely lady just a stunning heirloom cameo we were unable to capture the true color of the cameo. All photos show different shades based on lighting. The end photos on the wooden table are taken with a lamp above. The cameo is antique ans is over 100 yrs old. Please see all photos. natural and age imperfections are part of the item. appx 38x31 mm can be worn as a brooch or pendant. There is a loop for the peandant but not a jump ring or bale. No markings.
