Antique vintage turn of the century lamp Italian porcelain Nymph tulip lamp

This lamp is harder to find every day works great condition.I think it should be professionally cleaned no cracks Do have another but need to go separate cause they're heavy. Refer to pics for details. Wish I could give more info. Can't find
