Antique/Vintage Navajo? Sterling and Turquoise pendant

This is what I am told, and I belive is, Navajo. It is a vintage, sterling silver boot embellished with genuine turquoise and coral. It is engraved with Sterling and a signature using a tipi figure. It is very tarnished as I have never polished🤭.
