Antique/Vintage Nogoya Seito Sho Meito China Plate Nippon Made in Japan

This small plate is made by Meito China between 1908 and 1921. On the back, it is stamped Nippon, which is another term for "made in Japan" prior to the change in 1922. This is hand-painted in a green and gold art nouveau style with yellow and pink flowers. There is also small, raised beading on the gold parts. Most notably there is a chip on the edge, as shown in the photos. There is also some paint fading as well. One spot is slightly raised when it was crafted and the design skipped over that spot. The photos show this as well.
